However, if the request requires additional cost for the Company, we may charge a fee as per the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). According to the Board’s tariff, there is no charge for up to ten pages of written response; beyond that, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page may be charged. If the response is provided on a storage medium such as CD or flash drive, a fee equal to the cost of the medium may be charged.
HOW TO APPLY
You can submit your request regarding the processing of your personal data by sending an email from the registered email address you have with the Company to [email protected] or by filling out the application form on the Company’s website, signing it, and delivering it in person with proof of identity. Please note that the Company may request additional verification to confirm the ownership of the application and thus protect your rights. For example, if you apply through the email registered with the Company, we may contact you through another communication channel registered with the Company to verify your application.
